    Not gonna forecast records, I’ve already done that..

    But here goes my picks for this season

    AFC
    East: New England, Miami, Buffalo, Jets
    North: Cinci, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Cleveland
    South: Indy, Jags, Houston, Tennessee
    West: KC, Denver, San Diego, Oakland

    Wildcards: Miami and Baltimore
    AFC Championship: New England over Indy

    NFC
    East: Dallas, Philly, Washington, New York (every team will be at least .500)
    North: Minnesota, Chicago, Green Bay, Detroit
    South: Carolina, Atlanta, Tampa Bay, New Orleans
    West; Seattle, Arizona, Rams, SF

    Wildcards: Philly and Atlanta
    NFC Championship: Carolina over Dallas

    Super Bowl: Carolina over New England

    OTHER PICKS

    MVP
    AFC: Larry Johnson, KC (Carson Palmer close second)

    NFC: Jake Delhomme, Car

    DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF YEAR
    AFC: Ed Reed, Baltimore (he’s baaaack)
    NFC: John Abraham, Atlanta

    OFFENSIVE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR
    AFC: Laurence Maroney, NE (Easily)

    NFC: Vernon Davis, SF

    DEFENSIVE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR
    AFC: Michael Huff, Oakland

    NFC: AJ Hawk, Green Bay

    SLEEPER TEAMS
    AFC: Houston (will win 6-7 games)
    NFC: Minnesota (everyone picks Chicago to win the North)

    AFC: Jake Plummer

    NFC: Drew Brees (have fun without Gates or good WR’s)

    AFC: Jay Cutler (who some teams are going to regret not drafting)

    NFC: Matt Leinart (who’s the beneficiary of a perfect situation).. Also, expect Aaron Rodgers sooner than later.
