Would you believe that the Steelers have had two, count em TWO head coaches in the past 38 years!!!!!!

Makes you wonder if you can have success regardless of the head coach.

I was floored at that fact.

They've both been pretty good coaches..Noll won four Super Bowls, Cowher one and has had only one losing season in his tenure.

Winning generally keeps a head coach his job.

that is an incredible stat but it's not surprising.noll was one helluva coach.cowher had some big shoes to fill and he's done an incredible job.
