Patriots Center Hand Motions...

During most of the game, the Patriots center would grab the ball with his right hand to snap and then his left hand would be slighlty raised and he would kind of pump his fist around...at one point, I want to say the Bills jumped offsides after he did it.

Other than the obvious jokes of pumping and jerking, etc...is this move legal? Did anybody else notice this?

I think the center can do all he wants as long as they are not in the set position.
