San Diego prosecutors suspect Chargers LB Steve Foley was on steroids when he was shot three times by an off-duty cop.

They have no proof yet, but have requested a blood sample. Foley has been arrested five times since 1999. Foley is also being charged for a misdemeanour DUI in connection to the incident.

ESPN is reporting that he had a BAC of like .232 or something. Wouldn't that make anyone a little loopy? I can see why the cop shot the guy three times.

unless the guy was in uniform I dont think I would belive he was a cop either, I wouldnt have charged him but would have just walked in my house and locked the door

there has been alot of people impersonating cops in So Cal lately

yea .233 at his weight he must have drank alot that night, but the offduty cop should have called for backup he followed him for 30 miles
