6-2

That's Miami's record for home games in September during the afternoon since 2001.

The two losses have been to Houston (2003) and Tennessee (2004).

Miami should be considered the favorite today (Sunday). The fact that I'm picking Buffalo shouldn't change that.

The key will be the running game. If Miami can run the ball and wear down the Bills defense then Miami will have no problem winning. If Buffalo can get the lead and run the ball then they could leave Miami with the "W". If Spikes is out though I am not sure Buffalo can stop the running game for 4 quarters.

I figured they were the favorites because they were the home team.

if by better team you mean the Bills, then you're correct. Talk about going back to work after this horrible game.

hey guys way to stick your neck out piling on me after the game is over lmao

i calls em as i sees em and before the game miami sure looked like the better team. during the game they sure as hell didnt

like i said in the other thread, ive only "guaranteed" about ten games over the last three years and this is the first wrong one in that time. very glad to be finally wrong of course

i will also point out i have been wrong about cpep so far. i figured with all the skill players on that offense he would flourish but he looked totally awful today. i noticed early in the game his body english looked very unconfident, unsure about himself

very glad to get the win since i fully expected to be winless in these two games. still not convinced the extremely young bills can keep it up though. you would think at some point the relatively weak offense and so many rooks on d is going to catch up to them

and yeah, i would still say miami has the better team overall and will end the season above the bills in the standings

i would be more than happy to be wrong again though
