Time Warner going out the morning of the Super Bowl last year (it was back in time for the game, though) was the straw that broke my back and got me to finally make the switch

Just had the new manager knocking at my door asking what he could do to earn back my business. I told him: I want to watch EVERY Bills game. He told me NFL wanted 100 million for Sunday ticket and that Time Warner wouldnt pay it, well YOU LOSE! I told him he cant guarantee every game due to feeds from either a city thats coverage falls inside blackout territory or coverage from a city a touch more east and in Jets country. Either way, there aint squat he can do. Furthermore, I have regional major channel feeds through DTV meaning I get different college games on NBC east and NBC west for example. They cant touch DTV's service, add in the "deals" that you can get when you call them asking for stuff, add in watching EVERY game REGARDLESS of blackout in HDTV, and all that for LESS money. DTV smokes Time Warner...PERIOD!
