I just heard on the radio this morning that the Falcons signed Morten Anderson. I don't know how old this guy is, but I do have his rookie card FROM 1982!

The plan is to keep the old kicker for long attempts and punting.

Anderson gets everything from 45 yards in.

I wonder about this being a marketing ploy? It just so happens the Falcons are playing the Saints (Mort's 1st team) at the Superdome in New orleans on MNF. Its the 1st time the Saints have played there since the hurricane.

When your Kicker is 2 of 8 in FG attempts, many of them short ones, you don't need to search for wild reasons.

They say the player really never leaves the game, the game leaves the player. If MA thinks he can still kick, more power to him.
