So we won't clutter the board with all the rankings. they are all here in this thread.

ESPN

20 (26) Bills 1-1-0 One thing is apparent: The Bills have a very good defense. It might not be at the level it was in 2004 (when they were No. 2 in the NFL), but it's good and will keep them in a lot of games.

That defense is the real deal. They made the Dolphins offense look lost Sunday. What's impressive is that they're doing it with five rookies contributing. It's time for the offense to come to life.

17 24 Buffalo Bills (1-1)
I remember writing once upon a time that the special teams would lead this club. Well, Brian Moorman, one of the NFL's really clutch punters, hung four of his six inside the 10 against Miami, Coy Wire blocked a punt and Roscoe Parrish ran another one back 26 yards to set up a field goal. So why isn't Buffalo ranked higher after two good outings? I am genuinely sorry, Bills fans. It's that stupid promise I made about the Saints. Keep rooting your team on.

FOX

Bills 27 (+8) 19/27 The Bills had 171 yards of total offense on Sunday, and still beat Miami 16-6. What’s it mean? I’m not sure. For answers, I asked FOXSports.com editor, and die-hard Bills fan Andy Nesbitt: “The Bills leave Miami excited about a big win, then notice that J.P. Losman had just 86 yards passing. Then they remember they are the Bills and they still have a long way to go.” Umm … So yeah, the jury’s still out on these guys.

21. Buffalo Bills
J.P. Losman has to average more than 120 yards per game through the air if this team is going to win many games.

I'm not sure if this Defense is THAT good, and if the Offense has been productive enough for the ranking to be that high.. 19 or 20 seems more accurate until the O proves it can either run, with Willis or pass with JPL, efficiently enough to get an early lead, extend that lead and the Defense can maintain a lead.
