I will go out on a limb and say that Briere will have the most goals. Close behind him are Afinogenov and Vanek.

Miller will have the better stats this year.

Why do people think Vanek is going to do alot better this year? I'm not saying just you's here at the Zone, but most people I've talked to have said Vanek is going to have a huge season.. explain if you can?

Probably because he scored 25 goals as a rookie, and can only get better from last year, plus now he has seen what it takes to play in the NHL, and what Paul Hamilton on WGR55 is saying Vanek, can do whatever he wants on the ice he just has to be consistent, that he has that much talen t

Most of those 25 goals came at the beginning of the season.

He was moved down in lines because of his inconsistency, and he hated that. Unlike most players who get moved down, he continued to be inconsistent and could careless. He just isnt trying like he should be, he reminds me of the memory we last had of Satan and his lack of effort.

Anyone remember when the Vanek line was EXPLOSIVE?? People were boasting all about it.. then when interviewed he noted that he didnt feel like a part of the line or something.. Since that interview he was never the same and it was very noticable.

I really worry about Vanek... he has a ton of talent and potential, but he seems to be quite lazy and indifferent at times. If he developed a work ethic he could be amazing... instead he seems fine being average at best.
