For months, Buffalo Sabres fans compared the club's new logo to a slug and a toupee. But now that the team is preparing for action, all is forgiven.

secondly...... i was doing some internet searches and on youtube they have a sabres tribute, and some of ther goodies............ only sour note was the 50 videos with that horrific thing in 89....... hopefully you know what im talking bout

Even when we win the Stanley Cup this year, I will still be mad at the logo. That's pretty sad! I just hope we never play as bad as our logo is.

I still havn't heard an explanasion from a SLUGlover, about how does that yellow slug say BUFFALO SABRES to you?
I've had one turn it around, and ask me why it didn't, and after I answered, nothing from them! How can you like that thing? I'd like to hear it explained.
The closest that slug comes to a buffalo, is that it has horns, a SLUG with horns!
NO SABRES! I thought that was our teams name, but now we're slugs for some stupid reason. Give me a logical answer, PLEASE!
And hold off from buying that thing please, they'll put the 3rd's out sooner or later, funny why they didn't start selling them at the same time as the slug :scratch: the reasons clear to me, the slug would have been outbought.
