He refuses to show up to sign auto-graphs for the kids yet every other player shows up. If you see him in public he just ignores that you are there, does not embrace fans, *****es to the local media about not getting the ball enough. Wasn't a condition when parcells was hired is that he gets control of his team? I always thought that was the way parcells worked. He's always been a coveted head coach, but turned down many job offers because he was picky.

This is a timeline from the dallas news since he's been a cowboy. None of the things you mentioned in this post are mentioned, but i'll say I was wrong in refering to him as a team player. Based on this, he still seems arrogant and indifferent at times, but I will say that this timeline almost hints that's he's been unhappy since he's joined the cowboys.
