We have the talent in the right places, now we need a leader. You should know that. There needs to be a guy on the team that everyone looks at and says "he's good, I want to be as intense as him, I want to be as good as him." Spikes is that guy. He makes the people around him better.

SureWe are a few minor tweaks away from being a contender and all the tweaks just happen to be from Right Tackle to Left Tackle. We fix our OL and get our general back the sky is the limit.
