All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

I disagree. One LB isn't going to make that big a difference even if he were 100%.
We have the talent in the right places, now we need a leader. You should know that. There needs to be a guy on the team that everyone looks at and says "he's good, I want to be as intense as him, I want to be as good as him." Spikes is that guy. He makes the people around him better.
Which means what, that with Spikes we're a few minor tweaks away from challenging for the AFC Championship then?
Sure
We are a few minor tweaks away from being a contender and all the tweaks just happen to be from Right Tackle to Left Tackle. We fix our OL and get our general back the sky is the limit.
