I've seen Thorburn play before, and I've seen him in person.... I can't believe how big his nose is!!! I have a feeling it's been broke a few times before

I have to give the advantage in this one to Ruutu but Lindy seemed to be pleased with Kalinin and the fight that he put up, it's nice to see some of the guys that aren't known for their fighting to get involved... it shows life in the team and that these guys are willing to stand up for themselfs!

Man, did the Sabres own the Pens in games that don't count this year, or what! :up:

Mair has found his scoring touch the past few games, too.

Now, the wait is on for games that actually count. :dance:

Quite an entertaining game! I went with a bunch of friends. Peters bashed in a guys face, then Kalinin got beat. Kalinin ACTUALLY fought! That was unexpected. The Arena went nuts too.

Yea, I got one of those Pizza Hut Family Night things, went with my friends and got pizza an hour before the game. It was quite a night.

I didnt even see the Kalinin fight until one of my friends started yelling. It looked as if Kalinin was caught off gaurd, but I didn't see the start. He managed to stay up for quite a while though.

I didn't think the sabres "owned" pittsburgh last night. We played some really sloppy hockey at some key points. Lots of missed passes, a few missed checks, poor puck handeling, etc. The Penguins were pretty much in control at the beginning of the first and second periods, but after a while Miller and the team really got into it.

Miller let by 2 really mediocre goals, in 14 shots. But after those 2 goals, he was golden.
