    from the weekly article:

"Takeo Spikes did not practice today and is doubtful for Sunday's game against the (fill in team here) Chicago Bears".

my point is that Spikes is one of the better players, if not the best player, on this team and my personal favorite. I'm getting frustrated by the fact that he hasn't been able to contribute.

We have a very tough opponent on the road this week and we need all the help we can get to stay in it.

I agree. I'm getting very frustrated with his hamstring injury myself. I'm sure Takeo is more frustrated than anyone. Atleast he said during his interview yesterday that it is improving. It just seems like its improving at a very very slow pace.

I'll say again, he is in no hurry to come back. I bet we see him at home against NE or vs GB after the bye.

It'll be extremely discouraging if he comes back only to go out again with injury.

I won't be. I don't want him on the field if he's not 100%. So far Ellison is doing a fantastic job. Last Sunday was the best all around game the D's played in and Spikes wasn't on it.

I think a game like Chicago should have been enough to get a 90% healthy Spikes on the field. Don't do us any favors by coming back against the Titans.

remember, its not exactly the offense that the bears have thats pretty good, its the D. we will lose this game if we cannot score. bottom line...

Op's just scared that his throwback jersey may become invalid soon.
