McGahee may be the NFL's leading rush but what is more impressive is......

Michael Vick is the 5th leading rusher with 331 yds behind 1. McGahee with 389 yds. 2. Steven Jackson with 367 yds 3. Warrick Dunn with 365 yds 4. Rudi Johnson with 353 yds. and then 2 yards behind Vick is Frank Gore at 6. with 331 yds.

Look at who is not on that list....LT with 300 yds who had a bye week 3 (7.) LJ who had a bye week 3 (10.) 295 yds. EDGE(14.) 272 yds. Willie Parker 268 yds. who had a bye week 4 (16.) Brian Westbrook 256 yds. (20.) Clinton Portis 237 yds. (23.) Tiki Barber 225 yds. who had a bye week 4 (25.) *Shaun Alexander 187 yds. (32.)

    *injury

Now how impressive is that? Michael Vick a QB after 4 weeks is the 5th leading rusher in the NFL behind another teamate, Warrick Dunn who is 3. Rookie Jerious Norwood is 28th in the league with 217 yards. Even though the majority of the players on that list have had byes it is still very impressive what Vick is doing on the ground. Add a couple pounds and I don't see why he doesn't move to RB and the Falcons put Matt Shaub at QB.

LT -- bye, Parker -- bye, Westbrook -- injured, Portis -- injured, Alexander -- injured.

That all being said, the Falcons do have a great running game, no question about it.

i wouldn't read too much into that...rudi johnson had a bye week, see for him to surpass willis. most other RB's like shaun, green, etc. are injured, and the others are sharing the load (maroney, dillon). after this week coming up, see willis to fall hard down the rushing ranks...damn readin that one wysman article deflates a bills fan.
