    The rest of the season

With a game like this where we are getting blown out, will this deflate the rest of the season?

Will it suck the life out of our players and coaches?

Win or lose its a chance to show that we have heart. Wont have that answer for a week. But I know for a fact that Losman wont quit.

I think that's the real question. It will either piss them off and they will perform better or they will go cower under a rock.

The key to the season is NEXT week's game, a very WINNABLE game against a weak team (Detroit) that looks like they'll be w/o roy williams.

Win that game, and at 3-3 with 4 road games and we're in decent shape.. Lose to the Lions and its going to be a LONG final 10 games

I'm thinking TKO will be back next week....the team will be inspired...and beat the crap out of the Lions

TKO is not a magic elixir. i agree with Typ0, things could go either way. We need a victory in Detroit.

magic elixer, no...but the team played with no heart today...maybe TKO's return would help to inspire them

I don't see any reason why it should.

If it takes TKO stepping back out there to fire them up, we need to replace several players. True professionals are self motivated....like TKO is.

NOBODY thought that we would win this game.

I'm surprised that we got beaten THIS badly.

This will be the turning point in our season....

If it does indeed suck the life out of our players and coaches, look for a 4-12 season.

                      I don't think that's gonna happen though.

I think we're going to turn around and kick the living **** out of the Lions next week.

I still think we're going to go 7-9 or 8-8 at best.

why do we need a guy on the defensive side of the ball to step up and lead this team?

I personally think the Bills will be ticked beyond belief about this game, embarrassed, etc., and will come out swinging next week and after!

I'm just throwing it out there as an idea. Football players play with a lot of emotion, usually...TKO as much as anyone. He comes back next week, he'll be fired up...and I'd be very shocked if it didn't rub off.

When was the last game he played in? I like TKO, but I'm not convinced that he's gonna be the leader we need. He's probably going to be a bit rusty for a couple of games. JMO.
