With Varada gone, the Sabres rough and tough bunch from the late 90's are all gone, with the exception of Rob Ray. Granted, Varada was way overpaid, but he was a guy who would skate thru the boards for this team. This team has turned from full of heart and guts to heartless and gutless on Regier's watch. The May's, Barnaby's, Peca's, Shannon's, Primeaus, and boughner's were all rid of by Darcy. (peca of course screwed over by Rigas') Today was the exclamation point in my opinion. this team is now truly the heartless and gutless reflection of Darcy Regier.
