The St. Louis Rams reportedly will pay quarterback Kurt Warner a $6 million roster bonus by Friday's deadline, the team's president of football operations said Tuesday.
"Kurt's getting the full $6 million,'' Jay Zygmunt told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. ESPN.com's John Clayton also reported that the team will retain Warner.
The Rams also would not change the $5.3 million in base salary the two-time NFL MVP is due in 2003, but would restructure the back end of the contract that runs through the 2006 season, Zygmunt said...
