All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Saban: Harrington to start; Culpepper fight nothing
Saban: Harrington to start; Culpepper fight nothing
Dolphins coach Nick Saban said Monday that when his team opens practice for next Sunday's visit to the New York Jets, Harrington will be the first-stringer. Daunte Culpepper will enter a rehab-type program designed to help restore some explosive movement in his surgically rebuilt right knee.

I think it should've been done a bit sooner. IMO I think that Culpepper has been about 80%-85% recovered from the knee injury, and that 10-15% has hurt his mobility which has been one of the main culprits of a lot of his sacks taken. I'm sure Harrington will have his struggles since some of his past problems have come from between the ears, but the only thing to really hold onto, is the old cliche different place/different results. Then again, some people have the same spots no matter what jungle they inhabit.

Sorry, but he looked like the same old Joey yesterday.

FTP you HAVE to be kidding me... we played the freaking BEARS!
Bears aren't that good to where Harrington had 2x as many passing yards, and 2x as many completions.
I'm sorry. You can't defend JP for that. He just sucked that game. Not even the 85 Bears or 00 Ravens or 72 Dolphins or 87 Steelers or 92 Bills or whatever incredible team, should hold a good QB under 50% passing and under 115 yards.

jp 65% accuracy, no interceptions
harrington 63% accuracy, 2 interceptions
try this again when harrington plays the bears and then compare again
So basically JP Losman is as good as a rusty Joey Harrington (or if you think he's not rusty... whatever floats your board). You could also throw in the whole 23 passes vs. 41, but I don't know...
I doubt Harrington plays Chicago, but if he does... I left a message for ya'll in the smack zone...
I'm just saying guys, Harrington blows, Culpepper blows, Losman blows. The only QB's in the AFCE are Pennigton and Brady.
