Or is he a big bust as in a Mike Williams of DTs?

I don't know if he fits the system, but we do need an experienced body that can fill holes and knows a thing or two about the AFC East offenses.

Bowen needs to find I-R.

Actually, he got his weight under control. He is down to 315 lbs.

His biggest problem is he just doesn't seem to care about football. He has the ability, but he is perfectly happy being on a roster and collecting money to play. He doesn't care so much about the actualy playing, or practicing.

Nice enough kid, but just doesn't care. If you can get him motivated he would definitely have a chance to be a good player, but so far two franchises have given up on him.
