I don't STUDY the cap ramifications, but isn't the Moulds trade and the Mike Williams release two really big transactions that free monies into 2007 due to the exceleration of their Cap Hit into 2006? Troy Vincent also frees up funds in this scenario, I believe! It seems to me that the Bills are primed to be a major "player" in the March madness known as free agancy, NFL style!!
