A little late and already down 2-0 :(

I knew this layoff wouldn't be good for the Sabres and so far that's obvious. They are playing flat as can be and the arena is still empty because of the Tigers game.... At least we got our first fight of the season from Peters, maybe that'll spark these guys or something.

This team is unbelieveable. I was even willing to accept a loss tonight (Detroit is a decent hockey team) because the Sabres eventually have got to lose every now and then, but even after being down 2-0, they still get the W!! Unreal!

(And yes, the ESPN guys are ******ed......"Was that their throwback jersey? Well, was it? Can we get somebody to check on that?"........Yeah buddy, just kill yourself now.)

Referee's did their best to give this game to Detroit...Sabres didn't help by not skating but 2 points is 2 points.

Briere is proving to be a master in shootouts... so is Ryan Miller really. He's only been scored on once now in what, 9 attempts? He was phenomenal last night for sure. No quit in this team!
