And here I thought that the NY "defense" just played like crap in front of Lundqvist---Oops! Their defense is total dogcrap, and the Sabres are dicing it up. I was pissed at the start of the game, as it looked like the other games from this season. Buffalo has been allowing themselves to get into a hole in every game, and then fighting back. Same deal tonight, but they're fighting back with a vengeance. What a game! I love how the fans keep chanting "We want 10". :D

Anyone else find it ironic that for all the whining about the design of the new jerseys, the old pajama top has the jersey number on the front? :oops: I still wish it was the classic homes instead of the classic roads. :down:

thanks to doc for calling me as the backup ticket user for this game, it was fun

the thing i found most amazing is when the sabres went down 0-2 early in the game everybody just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. i mean it was like so what, no prob, just makes it more interesting

sure enough the sabres roared back and by the middle of the second period it actually became a little boring, like the game is over already so now what do we do. lol

i have to say it was like watching an nhl team against an ahl team. the sabres never panicked, they just kept playing, and bam bam bam bam the game was over. extremely impressive

i dont normally like to see fighting in hockey but i would love to see that peters fight over again. he just stood there and took three punches like he was waiting for the guy to punch himself tired then pow pow pow he starts clocking him

I was at the game tonight, and I don't know if it was just me or not, but the crowd seemed extremely tame until the goals started rolling in. Even before the Rangers got their first two, the HSBC seemed almost silent. Anyone else notice that?

Damn, those photos look sweet. I love the one of Drury scoring. The interesting thing about the numbers on the chest is that they weren't on there during the Uniform unveiling, but they must have liked the way it looked seeing the numbers on the front for TV and whatnot and decided to add them on the 3rd jerseys. :up:

It is---It brings some back to the arena, when they wouldn't give this team the time of day sometimes, when they were losing.

And why assume I'm a "logo lover"? Since when did indifference equate with liking something? My point was that I don't care, because honestly, none of the 3 sweaters we are wearing this year are as good as the retro home jersey. The pajama top blues are horrible, compared to the retro white jersey.
