Alright I'll put it out there (Of course I'm drunk right know) Bills 37-Lions 14. I just hope the Bills defense shows up this week, the Bears game has me worried, I thought our "D" was one of our strong points.

Wish I could watch the game, Miami doesn't play until 4 but they are showing Giants/Atlanta and Cinci/TB at 1 here, Seems like ever since the Advent of NFL ticket we no longer get to watch division rivals :fit:

I have an uneasy feeling this will be a track meet- a crazy 38-34 game.

The team that doesn't turn it over will win.

The Lions have a decimated O-line going up against a non-formidable front 4 for the Bills.

It's the movable object against the resistable force.

Funny you should say that because I was about to post about the same thing. I'm looking for a shootout all the way... I was thinking more like 37-27 Buffalo though with a late defensive/special teams TD making the difference.

We're not gonna go anywhere this year, let's quit pretending we are, and get our Defense primed to be stellar next year - Start Youboty now Jauron or I'm gonna start calling for your head.

Clements is gone - accept it. Get Youboty some experience.

Let's actually try to have a D that should take a lot of pressure off our young O next year - and Marv, you'd better draft every stud you can find for the Oline.

I watch a lot of Ohio State football (I live with two kids from Columbus and one from Cleveland) and they ALL say Youboty isn't ready, gets burned deep, has few instincts, and isn't a good tackler. Which, having watched him play, I agree with.

I'm not saying he'll never develop, I'm just saying he's not even close to ready now, and I doubt he'll ever be a starter.

The only way this team can do that is to open up the run with the pass. That's the only time they have success. However, the coached don't seem to understand that.

But the greats make them work, things happen.
It also shows JP's competative nature despite having a rough game up until then.

I'll take that while he grows and improves.

It is a trait you can't coach or teach.

He's been catching a lot of pressure, and wasn't handling it well until that long TD pass. Football depends tremendously on mentality. Maybe that big play will help Losman get his head straightened around
