This team has an abundance of high first round draft picks. Sending that collossal overpaid dead weight, Vaclav Varada, for Klepis was a very sound trade by Regier, which follows his pattern of talent speculation that has been his trade philosophy.

All he needs is a coach who knows how to put the talent to use and develop the skills guys.

That isn't Lindy Ruff. He hasn't been able to make any player turn into anything more than a potential guy. His run of success is clearly the result of Hasek's presence rather than his work.

A coach who can make the players become what they can be is what's needed here. This young team has the potential to become a sound, competitive hockey team. Gratton, Connelly, Pyatt, Campbell, Afinogenov, Satan, Klepis, backed by Miller. Not bad!

When can we get the coach who knows what he's doing?

I could see both Connelly and Afinegenov putting up 70-75 points a piece in a couple of years, they just need the right man to coach them and show them the way.
