JP Losman only has 1 game where he's thrown for over 300 yards.

and only 3 games over 200 yards.

He's started 14 games, btw.

JPs stats. are almost a mirrior of what Culpeppers stats. are this year.

It's a little hard to throw for 300 yards when he only has a second and a half to get rid of the ball. Losman made his own mistakes early in the game but he got no help from the OL.

To all the Losman lovers out there, is 14 enough games to "see what the kid truly has?" I think we've given him a fair shake.

not really most coaches will tell you it takes between 25-32 games.

That being said JP makes bonehead plays almost every game, but until we get an OL in here that isnt a joke no QB will have a "fair shake".

Course I guess it could be worse, he could be Culpepper :ill:

give him the rest of the season- if he "gets it" we have our QB. If he doesn't, we get a good draft pick. We're not making the playoffs, so it's win-win for us.

That was the excuse for rj for many years-no O-line.

Patience ran thin.

He gets the rest of the year to prove he belongs as the starter next year.

At least three of the sacks today were on JP, because he pulled a Bledsoe and held on to the ball too long....he thinks he can make something happen on EVERY play.. That sack before the half was dispicible.

That has been a Buffalo problem for the last few years ... NEVER give the LINES attention.
