Let’s all root, root, root for the Miami head coach. At least there’s someone that’s speaking out for a rules change that will bring some fairness to the game. When the Miami coach suggested that the NFL change the overtime rule, allowing each team to get possession of the ball when the game goes into overtime (as they do in college) that perked these earlobes signaling total agreement with his suggestion. The mustachioed headmaster of the Dolphins suggested that, in overtime, each team gets a possession. Following a coin toss as to which team gets it first, the ball would be placed on the 20-yard line and the offense would need to go 80 yards for a touchdown or travel downfield to get in position for a field goal....MORE...
