Rams coach wasn't happy having to trade Hargrove

Anthony Hargrove was surprised to be a pregame inactive Sunday against Seattle. Getting shuffled off to Buffalo the next day went beyond surprise.

"It's a big-time shock," Hargrove said Monday, after getting traded to the Bills for a fifth-round draft pick.

Hargrove's day began Monday morning with a text message from Rams defensive line coach Brian Baker: "Coach Linehan wants to see you."

So Hargrove headed to Rams Park from his home in St. Charles County and got the news in Scott Linehan's office. "He told me face to face," Hargrove said. "Honestly, I don't think he was OK with it. You could just see. He had a weird look in his eyes. But it's a business."

Maybe CoachSal, who knows him, can give him a call and let him know, it'll be OK.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
