This team is increadible. But the question lies about how the season will play out. Be prepared. We're either peaking right now or we're going to blow through the season and have only a dozen or so losses. Or maybe even go undefeated. I'm thinking the later is a possibility. We are a machine, a dominant force with unfinished business. It's a very long season I can't wait to see the cup hoisted in HSBC in the spring.

We are going to have slumps... every team does. This being said, I think that we are one of the most dominate teams in the league and def one of the teams in contention for the cup

when did we slump last year? We didn't start as fast but early mid-november we were solid through. Not sure we're going to slump.

Did we slump about Feb last year with 5 or 6 losses in a row?

With this kind of start any string of losses would be a slump... basically what i was trying to say is that we will be good... But we wont be undefeated

I agree that every team has a slump now and then, but if you stop thinking about the season as one great big entity, and start thinking about each game as an individual game.....I honestly can't think of a single team that Buffalo can't beat, or at least have a slight advantage over! Think about it like this, and you can't help but think that there is a chance they could win every game they play!

We are going to win the first 15 games or so lose one and restart the run. We play too good to fall down real easy, marty will play more as well. Plan on a 65 game win season, one to remember.

That is a good point... I really dont see any team that is clearly better than us...especially if we play well

Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

You said it yourself:

It's a very long season

Win the first 15 or so?

We're a great team but wow...Some of you guys are getting a little over-excited about 6 games into the season.

Its true they have a tendancy to get overexcited .

I try to teach them to stay rational but its not easy.
