Sehorn's future up in the air

Jason Sehorn's career with the New York Giants is in jeopardy, with the cornerback scheduled to earn a $1 million roster bonus on March 10.

Giants general manager Ernie Accorsi has refused to speculate on whether the Giants will keep Sehorn, scheduled to earn $4.3 million in his 10th season. Once a decision is made, Accorsi said Sehorn will be the first to find out.

Sehorn also will count $7.3 million against the salary cap next season. The amount would increase to $8 million if he's cut.

Either way, that is a lot of money to pay a nonstarter.
