They made it impossible to get rid of him now.

If they drafted Cutler and a running back in the first round they would be on the way to rebuilding. Two QBs competing for the position.

I want them to get someone else in there with say 4 weeks to go if he doesnt show substantial improvement by then .

But who do they have ?

Why would Green Bay draft a QB in the first round if Nall looked like the
QB to succeed Favre?

So to me it is sort of a moot question at this point.

for now, the bills just should tredge on forward with what they have, but come draft time, i have no problems with drafting or free agency and playing that way, and in the case of the bills, they should make it that NO player is safe, and that only the best 52 players make the team..................... yes 52, because do you really see anyone beating out moorman?
