O.J. Simpson is confessing. Hypothetically, that is.

The former football great, who was acquitted in criminal court 11 years ago of killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman, reportedly has been paid a whopping $3.5 million to write about the double murder that shocked and riveted the nation in 1994, according to a detailed report in the new National Enquirer.

But Simpson is not actually confessing to the murder — rather, he’s writing a “hypothetical” book — which the Enquirer reports is tentatively being called “If I Did It.”

The early part of the book tells how Simpson fell in love with Nicole and how the marriage collapsed, reports the tab. He goes on, according to the article, to describe in gruesome detail the killing of his ex-wife and Goldman; he stipulates that the murder scenes are “hypothetical.” But, notes the tab, the descriptions are “so detailed and so chillingly realistic” that readers are left with little doubt as to what really happened.

Simpson can never be retried for the murders because of double jeopardy laws, according to the Enquirer, which also claims that Simpson aims to keep any book money instead of paying it out in a civil suit judgment against him by spending it all quickly.

Can you believe this guy!?!?!? He's laughing in our faces! I swear I hate him and hope he burns in hell! This is just unbelievable!

I distinctly remember an interview he did from a number of years ago, where he said, "I didn't do it, but if I DID do it, it would've been because I loved her."

That really tells you all you need to know about his jealousy and rage issues. So this book is not surprising. I hope those people in the African-American community who have deluded themselves into believing OJ was actually innocent get a chance to read this book.

I think it's sick that not only is he writing a book, but someone has agreed to publish it and pay him! He's laughing in our faces and not only is it disgusting, it's very sad. I feel very sorry for Nicole and Ron's families.

Supposedly he names a "conspirator" in the book. I know they can't try him for murder again, (double jeopardy) but could they get him for Conspiracy to Commit Murder?

I just asked the attorney I work with and conspiracy is a different charge, so he can be tried for that one.

I would LOVE for them to arest him and try him for that! :grovel: :grovel:

I guess I answered my own question. I swear I seriously hope someone blows his freaking head off! Bastard!

If im correct OJ won't see any off the money off the book. Doesn't he still owe the Goldman family?
