Curious. What is it that you exactly suggest? What's the quickest route to make the Bills a winning team?

I hate to say it but a natural turn over year to year on a team is around 15-20 guys, so what is being suggested is what is needed for this team to have a future, unfortunatley we got bad depth as well at most positions, i mean really who do u really wanna keep

You missed center..Some posters think the Center(Melvin Fowler), who the Bills signed to a 3 year deal, needs to be replaced.

It's called rebuilding. We are supposed to bear the growing pains instead of screaming for rebuilding the team all over again year after year.

Fowler is adequate.. Im not completely sold on JP, nor am I totally not sold on JP. We will be able to tell whether or not JP, will be our QB, at the end of the season. As far as our OL, goes. Who knows. It really depends if Merz works out, and if Gandy and Peters can succeed at their new respective positions. I dont think were as far off as everybody thinks, if we could get a stud 1 technique DT, we will be pretty damn good on the defensive side of the football. I would like to see how TKO, plays for the rest of the season. Hopefully, his play is good. Fletcher is gone after this year, so yes, we do need another MLB. DE isnt as dire, as some peoples posts would lead you to believe. Schobel is a very solid, DE, and he has proven to be the most consistent player on our DL this year and previous years. Like I said before, Nate outta be re-signed. If not, we do need another starting CB to go along side McGee. Alot of people, were counting on McGee to step up and become the heir of the #1 CB spot on this team, obviously that just isnt so.

2 QBs - Undecided.
1 RB - No.
1 TE - Not a dire need, could be upgraded though.
1 MLB - Yes.
1 OLB - Undecided
1 CB - Yes
1 RT - Have to wait and see how Pennington does.
1 RG - Yes
1 DT - Yes
1 DE - Yes

You forgot a #2 WR, that definately needs upgrading.

Agreed - but when you've been "rebuliding" for 7 years its does get a bit tiring.

Some of these Bills fans need to be replaced.
