Jr was a decent player but not for his contract which was near 5 mil for this season. the 3.5 is just what we save by cutting him.

Jay was one of my favorite players and I will miss him a lot. I think the Bills did right by him by releaseing him before FA starts. I wish him good luck. He did a lot of good for this team and I don't see where it is his fault that he had a bloated contract.
Good luck JAY! you will be missed by me at least :(

Voltron we don't hate him, and I think at the right price most of us would all welcome him back. We hated his cost to us, and the amount J. Butler paid him.
I will miss him too, I think he was a nice guy and a team player.

Goodluck to you JR wherever you go.
I think JR was the type of player that as long as they are there at the outset and stay healthy he will have a great season. When he misses time it takes him a long time to get back up to speed it seems. For that reason I think this is definately the right move we need the help on D to be an above average team next season.
