I know exactly how they (You know who you are :baghead:) feel. The frustration growing and growing until your head feels like it will explode. The hatred escalating because of continued bonehead newbie mistakes.

I know how they feel because I too was a basher... The object of my bashing was the Hero Drewler.

There's a good comparison (Yes, I used the that filthy "comparison" word :couch:) here between JP's stats this year and Drew Bledsoe's career stats...
DB career - 57.2%, 6.64 yds/a, .04 td's/a, .03 int's/a, .07 sck's/a, 77.1 qb rate.
JPL 2006 - 61.9%, 6.24 yds/a, .03 td's/a, .03 int's/a, .11 sck's/a, 78.9 qb rate.

The difference between a JP basher and a Drewler basher...

About 10 years experience... At least there's hope for JP. :respect:

I am at a loss for words, I am not even sure what to say! I'm not a JP basher but I am also not convinced he is the future of the Bills!

Did I say I thought he is the future of the Bills?

I can relate to JP bashers because I feel their frustration at the QB position. It's been the better part of a decade since Jim Kelly left and we've had no stability in that position ever since his departure.

What I don't get is the constant threads ripping on him. It's all been said already- just give it a rest.

No, that wasn't how I meant that. I know you weren't saying he was the future, I just read a couple posts on another board and still had that on my mind. Sorry, my bad!
