All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.

I'm just going to re-post my comment from another thread...
The offense doesn't have enough talent in any area that is capable of making up for other's mistakes and miscues.
The QB isn't good enough to make plays when the blocking breaks down, the wrong play is called, the running game isn't working, or the receivers aren't getting open.
The offensive line isn't good enough to overcome a poor performance by the skill positions.
The skill positions aren't good enough to make plays when the offensive line is struggling, the QB is struggling, or they get caught in a poor play call.
The coaching isn't good enough to overcome the overall lack of talent.
Unless every aspect of this offense is working perfectly, which is rare, they can't function at all. One aspect breaks down, and it all goes to hell because nobody else is talented enough to make up for it.

Then we agree...the offense stinks, JP Losman included. No more excuses. The QB is just as inept as the OLine or crappy receivers or an overrated RB.
Well I would say that the O-line pretty much dictates how well the offense performs. If they can't block anyone, then everyone looks like crap since the recievers won't have the oportunity to catch many balls, the running backs won't have many holes to hit, and the QB won't have the time to go through his progressions.

I think Randy Moss understands that a ****ty OL pretty much means that you aren't seeing the ball from your QB very often. Good post!!

You are really not watching the game if you believe this. However, I will say one thing in your defense. JP is always looking for the deep play to Evans. In my opinion, way too much. If you are looking to go downfield that requires about 5 seconds in the pocket, which he doesn't have. I don't know if that's his fault or the coaches. I'm leaning towards coaching since they refuse to roll him out or try a bootleg.

I watch the games. I see him standing there holding on to the ball too long.
Get rid of ALL the peices that make your offense run like ****... Losman isnt the ONLY one who should be gone.. So should Price and 2-3 OL as well.

youre an idiot. using a washed up WR or garbage dump, habitual back up OL's isn't a great thing to have a on rebuilding team. pat's right.
