You know your RT can't block worth a damn and neither can your RG so you keep calling for routes that require 5 step drops?

The one that gets me is near the endzone where we took the sack on 3rd down. Call a 3 step drop and either throw a fade or a quick slant. I really am concerned Fairchild just doesn't get it

I've said before, this coaching staff just doesn't use it's talent properly. This is ultimately on Jauron, since he is the Head Coach. He has to address the situation.
