    Posey's dollar amounts...

    1.75 million signing bonus

LB Jeff Posey, coming off a career season with the Texans, became the first free agent to switch teams by agreeing to terms with the Bills.

Sweet. That's not too bad. Cut Robinson and we're about even.

      I think I said:

That is probably pretty close but a little low...

4 years $6 mil...$1.6 or $2.0 mil signing bonus (just because it is divisible by 4)...he go against the cap for about $1mil this year...just my prediction.
Posey will sign a four-year contract worth $6.425 million. It includes a signing bonus of $1.75 million and base salaries of $575,000 (for 2003), $1.05 million (2004), $1.3 million (2005) and $1.75 million (2006).

I didn't start either thread . When I merge threads I give credit to who started the first thread.

after seeing this pick up (although they are different type of LBs) i dont feel bad about missing out on maslowski... this is the type of pick up i saw maslowski as... and he turned out to be just that.. a 2 mill a year guy... but this is the same type of pick up.. a guy that was very productive for one year.. but at that ripe age and seems to be coming into his own.. just like maslo (although posey only started 9 games)...

i really think he will work out well.
