He's a restricted free agent.


If they tender him with a contract just under $2 million a season, the Bills could still jump in with a bigger offer- but it would cost us a couple of top picks- maybe even a 1st rounder or two.


He's probably not an option

It's possible Pennington could get a lot better by the end of the season, but he got owned today. He can't handle speed at this point.

If Pennington does not come around, he will not be our starting RT next year. If he does, then he will be here for a while. Don't bother writing that down, because we don't know that for sure.
