I would trade that neighbor anyday for the one I have.

Mine is a post op transsexual. He/she divorced his wife and now raises three boys on it's own.

He has been building a playhouse for 4 years that has not had any work done to it in the last 3.

He kept his x-mas tree up until mid May this year. His x-mas lkights are always on in the front of his house.

Last year he ripped up the roses in between my property and his, and still has yet to finish the lawn. Pile of dirt still sits where the roses were.

I wish I could blow his house up.
