Cieslak replaces fellow tight end Ryan Neufeldhttp://buffalobills.com/images/relatedicon.gif (http://buffalobills.com/news/news.jsp?news_id=4404#) who was placed on injured reserve Thursday with a plantar fasciitis condition that will likely require surgery.
