Preston ready for a starting role
There’s no more guessing for Duke Preston.
He no longer has to worry about whether he’ll be playing or what position he’ll fill. The versatile Buffalo Bills offensive lineman will now start at right guard in place of Chris Villarrial, who was placed on injured reserve Thursday with an ankle injury.
“In my role the last two years coming off the bench, you’ve got to prepare like you’re going to start,” Preston said. “As accustomed as I have gotten to coming off the bench, it’s tough staying on the sidelines.”
