I have never been anywhere near cocaine, and the bags under my eyes are bigger than Del Rio's. It's not even close. Upper respiratory allergies are the culprit with me. I don't know if he's an allergy sufferer, but if you couple that with the long work days coaches are reputed to have, and I can understand.
