Four downs: Taylor's prescient pick leads to end zone<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

THIRD DOWN: LOSMAN FINALLY PRODUCES
Remember that quarterback-rich draft of 2004? Eli Manning (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=1657) first. Philip Rivers (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=1813) fourth. Ben Roethlisberger (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=1181) 11th. Oh, yeah. And that other guy. J.P. Losman (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=2780), taken 25th by the Buffalo Bills after they traded a No. 1 pick to the Dallas Cowboys to grab him.
With a broken leg in his rookie season, a coaching change and a pile of problems in the offensive line, Losman has struggled at times to hold on to his job, the football and the confidence of those around him. Maybe some of that is behind him now.
Losman passed for 340 yards and led a game-winning drive capped by his third touchdown pass in Buffalo's 24-21 victory at the Houston Texans.
The Bills did it without injured running back Willis McGahee (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=2265) (ribs), and Losman had to overcome an interception that Dunta Robinson (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=2774) returned 9 yards for the go-ahead TD midway through the third quarter.
With 1:44 left to play, Losman drove his team from its 45 to the Houston 15 by completing five consecutive passes for 40 yards. After he spiked the ball to stop the clock, he teamed with Peerless Price (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=2173) on a 15-yard TD with 9 seconds left.
"As a kid, that's your dream. The game is on the line and you practice as if it's your last play; that no matter what happens we have to get this ball. It's your childhood dream to be that guy, making those throws and making those catches," Losman said. "This is my first time pulling through it. I've had the chance before and didn't come through, but we came through this time and it feels great."
When Buffalo made that deal to add a second No. 1 pick to use on Losman, it had earlier spent its own choice on receiver Lee Evans (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=26). Yes, the Evans who set a club record with 265 receiving yards and caught two 83-yard TDs.

And nowhere in the article did it say "But, but, but it was the Texans!"
