O.J. Simpson may lose more than a book deal (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15818960/). Nearly 1,500 petitioners are asking the Buffalo Bills to remove the former football great’s name from the Ralph Wilson Stadium wall of fame. “It’s an embarrassment to the city, to the franchise, to the fans, and to honorable other names on the wall,” reads the petition, which was started in the wake of the controversy over Simpson’s now-nixed book deal. . . .Pamela Anderson might be a mom, but she still likes a wild night.

I am mixed on it...He got the honor before he killed two people and got the award based on his play as a Buffalo Bill. If the Bills gave the award with the stipulation that he uphold a high character then the name should be removed. He was my childhood hero but he has sunken as low as a person could go. I wouldn't be opposed to having his name removed if I had to choose.

He did his deeds on the field long before this whole thing happened. Technically, he is innocent. The courts said so:rofl:

Pamela Anderson might be a mom, but she still likes a wild night. “When I go to Hollywood, I start at the Chateau Marmont and then I usually end up naked in David LaChapelle’s studio taking crazy pictures,” the former “Baywatch” babe tells Blender magazine. “That’s usually a night with me. Four or five in the morning, lying across a car in David’s studio.” http://s4.images.proboards.com/shocked.gifhttp://s4.images.proboards.com/shocked.gifhttp://s4.images.proboards.com/shocked.gifhttp://s4.images.proboards.com/shocked.gif

He lost the second trial & they took his heisman. He still owes those families a fortune.

I think they should quietly take his name off the wall this off season and not make a big deal about it.

It's a tough decision. The courts did find him "Not-Guilty" but let's call a spade a spade. But to be honest, I could really care less if they remove his name or not. I'll go with whatever the crowd wants.

When they reconfigured the stadium, they moved his name to the side, away from the FG/XP camera shot.

I don't think that was an accident, lol.

I thought they should have taken his name down after the naked gun movies, but now take his name down and make room for someone who isn't a complete moral degenerate." our society and system of law found him innocent" but the fact that he wrote this book and was going to exploit two peoples deaths for his own game made me sick. OJ's dead to me.

Agreed 100%. Let us walk into next year's opener and have the name missing. Next year add Tasker and Bruce to the wall, one of whon can take his spot.

Or add Saban to his spot.

Or just not worry about it like a bunch of babies. If they took it off I wouldn't care either. It has no effect on me either way.

Maybe if they take it off, he will get pissed and stop coming. That way I won't see his murdering face when I walk up the aisle to hit the can or get a snack or a beer.

I guess his name can stay or go on the wall. I don't really give a ****. But I do want his ass banned from the Ralph. He shouldn't be able to enjoy the Bills games on blood money. :ill:

It should be an HONOR to have your name on there, and there is nothing HONORable about oj. How can somebody not get this.

I also think that jim kelly's name should be taken down because he was so god awful in those superbowls and was the main reason they lost all those superbowls.

(brady would have won those 4 sb's if he was the bills qb).

First his TV interview get's taken away, then his book publishing, the timing would seem appropriate for the name to come down from the wall.

No truth to the rumor that OJ got wind they were killing the book deal and he chased the publisher through the airport, leaping over luggage.
