Season Record

What do you think our record will be this season?

I know we have talked about and speculated what this season will be like, but it would be nnice to have a feel what the concensus is on the boards.

I'm going with 8-8

7-9. One of the top offenses in the league with one of the absolute worst defenses to go with it. Add in a rather difficult schedule and I just don't see a .500 record. If Chidi and Price can improve the DL to the point where we can contain the odd good RB, then perhaps better than 7-9, but I doubt it.

I agree with you, nbf. I had been thinking 10-6 but our D-Line will cost us at least 2 games

I think 8-8 is reasonable, but I also wouldnt be suprised with 10-6. If one young guy steps up on DL, we will be set

I was thinking 9-7 or even 10-6 but I am starting to become concerned about the D-line. I was buying into GW's BS that they are just young but after watching the last 2 games I am seeing no improvement.
I thing 7-9 or 8-8 now.

I think they'll go 6-10. I can't believe they could come off a 3-13 season with anything better. Too many changes and new people. By next year they should be 10-6 or better. :)

Jaded I couldn't agree with you more. Before I read your post I was thinking the exact same thoughts, but I have been saying 6-10 or 7-9 all along.

I know this poll has been done before, but I thought it would be interesting to see if anyone changed thier minds after a couple of pre season games.

I am surprised at the number of people who dropped from 10-6 or 9-7 to 8-8.

I'm glad there is a lot of us who feel we have a .500 team.

Good pint, nbf. I was one of those whose expectations dropped. But they may improve again based on the last two weeks of the preseason because of what Shawn Price and maybe Chidi-Chidi-Bang-Bang Ahonatu bring to the field.

5-11. But we will be much more competitive this year. I just don't think that Williams or Gray are very good coaches. I think with a good coach we could pull off 9-7 or 10-6. This will happen next year imo.
