I think next season will tell us.

If this season he worked with what he had and was building for the future.....sure.

Next year anything less then a winning season is unacceptable.

I'll judge him after these last 6 games.

Id say maybe its a tad too high but like maybe 5%. We see consistency in the play calling on Offense and Defense, Losman made huge strides last season. We'll have to see what this offseason brings but I agree next season better be a winning year.

I will also wait and see until mid way next year to judge Jauron. I think he has done a pretty nice job with what he has to work with, but we better get a lot of help for the O-Line in the offseason. Hopefully Losman will continue to build on last week's performance and that will solve that problem. I really do like our D, but I realize we need a run stuffer.

We can't judge Jauron until he has 30-40 games under his belt. Sarcasm.

The ratings follow the W-L, it's that simple. But the interesting thing to me was that his rating is now the same as it was just before game 1 (give or take a few points)

it's 80% because fans of the Patriots, Jets, Lions, Colts and Bears all approved of how he helped their respective teams win.

                  Ok, that was harsh.

Honestly, I haven't been overly impressed with Jauron. I wasn't impressed with the hiring in the first place, and I think he's botched a lot of things this year. However, I think there is some hope and I will give him credit for the following:

                  1. Number/severity of penalties has been improving noticably since the bye
                  2. While the in-game coaching left a lot to be desired against Indy, the overall game plan was good and he had the team holding their own against a superior opponent on the road.
                  3. Against Houston, we finally showed some ability for second-half adjustments (which were completely lacking in the Mularkey era).

Jauron has his faults, but at least he's not completely in over his head like Mularkey was.

I think he is doing a pretty good job of dealing with what he inherited. And the players seem to be responding to what he is preaching so I am happy. We will see what kind of team he and Marv assemble in the next couple of years.

                      Exactly!
