The Jaguars (6-4), coming off a convincing 26-10 win over the New York Giants, might have a better record than the Bills (4-6), a team enduring another year of rebuilding pains. And yet Buffalo, in jeopardy of missing the playoffs for a seventh straight year, has the edge on Jacksonville in one particular category. The Bills have defeated Houston, something the Jaguars failed to do twice against their AFC South division rival this season.

Jacksonville has allowed three touchdowns in its last four games and has been especially effective in shutting down opponents' passing attacks.

Since allowing 329 yards passing in a 36-30 overtime loss at Washington in Week 4, the Jaguars have allowed an average 157 yards over the past six games while also registering 16 of the team's 22 sacks.
