I was thrilled to see Jarrod (sp?) get pressured/hit.

Garrard.

Tripplet's played well a few weeks in a row, now.

Nice to see the defense looking better as the season goes on.

You have to wonder what happened. He seemed like a bust before the bye, but since then has been the guy that we're happy they singed as a free agent. The rushing defense still needs to improve, but it is obvious he is playing better by putting some pressure on the qb.

Overall he had a good game...but :wtf: was he doing on Garrard's scramble on their final TD drive? Looked like he was just standing there

I started keying on him from the stands. He was playing out of his mind and couldn't be blocked.

Ever since the bye week, he's been a real force.

I wonder if how much better he would do on passing downs with McCargo beside him. This D should be interesting as the season goes on and into next season.

What about Kelsay? His name was mentioned quite a few times on the radio - of course, actually seeing the game might have led to different conclusions...

The whole DLine played great the second half.

Triplett looked like he was borderline offside on at least half a dozen plays. He wasn't, he just got a way better jump than everybody else.

Denney never beats a guy clean but if the secondary gives him enough time for a second move he makes something of it. That's not great but it's better than I thought he could be.

Schobel made tackles on both sides of the line. I'm not sure how that happens, but he seems to move well through all the chaos and find the ball carrier.

The backups and fill-ins played well enough to not stand out. I'm starting to really like the idea of a DLine rotation.

Denney and Anderson are useless!!!

Hargrove, Tripplett, Schobel and Kelsay played well today. Whitner and Simpson are going to need a serious offseason to put weight on. It's normal to lose weight as the season goes on but these guys look like receivers. There was one play where Simpson looked like a helicopter!! Not good.

Neither Denney nor Anderson are "useless". Both are role players and have played well at spots. Denney has also played well on Special Teams.

Kelsey appeared to get most of the playing time today and was disruptive at times but also had trouble turning when running fast.

If we can get one true stud on this D-line to go with Schobel and Triplett we'll be set next year.
